Villa Velázquez

Villa Velázquez, known as Casa Velázquez in the portfolio of Alberto Rodríguez Architects, is a private residence in Casablanca, near Marbella’s Golden Mile. Arranged over four levels, the villa has a total built area of 630 m² and occupies a 742 m² plot.

Contemporary Mediterranean architecture defines the property, with expansive glazing opening the living spaces onto the garden and swimming pool. The villa includes five bedrooms, a gym, spa, climate-controlled wine cellar and a rooftop terrace with a kitchen and jacuzzi.

The project features Groël’s Sens.so lever handles alongside custom-made Ibiza pull handles with a smooth finish, all in matt black (BK).
