You can return or exchange any item by completing the Return Form within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

PAYMENTS AND WEB SECURITY


You can choose several payment methods: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (sending proof to contact@groel.es ) which will be validated when our department confirms with the entity that it has been received.
The transmission of payment information is carried out using the highest security standard and is guaranteed. Your credit card data will be completely unreadable to third parties.


RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT ESTABLISHED WITH Groël Handle Design


In accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, through which the unified text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users ("Consumer Code") is approved, you have the right to terminate the sales contract with Groël Handle Design, SL for any reason and without incurring any penalty if you do so within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased at groel.es.


You can exercise your right of return using one of the following methods, in accordance with Article 106 of the Consumer Code:
a) Online submission to Groël Handle Design, SL of the returns form found in the customer service area, with all its parts completed; in this case, Groël Handle Design, SL will send you an email confirming that it has received your return request.
b) Send another statement to Groël Handle Design, SL expressly indicating to contac@groel.es your decision to terminate the sales contract.

In cases a) and b), the declaration must be addressed to the Customer Service Department at the registered office of Groël Handle Design, SL . located at C/ Rio Tuia 26, Alicante (Spain). In such cases, it will be your responsibility to prove that you have exercised your right to withdraw from the sales contract correctly and within the specified time limits.

Pursuant to art. 108 of the Consumer Code, once you have exercised your right to withdraw from the sales contract, the products to be returned must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notified Groël Handle Design, SL of your decision to withdraw.

Pursuant to Article 103 of the Consumer Code, the right to return is excluded if you have purchased or personalized products, or items sealed in their packaging that were opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

  1. The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 102 of the Consumer Code


The right to withdraw from the sales contract shall be deemed to have been correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
a. The right to withdraw from the contract has been correctly exercised within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products following the procedures set out above
b. The products have not been used, worn or washed and, in any case, they meet the requirements detailed in the following section on compliance checks for returned products.
c. Products are returned in their original packaging (if you wish to return a kit, it must include all its components)
d. The products are delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notified Groël Handle Design, SL of your decision to terminate the sales contract.


  1. The products are not damaged.

    If the conditions have been met, Groël Handle Design, SL , in accordance with art. 107 of the Consumer Code, will fully refund the price of the products purchased. The only costs you will have to pay are those of returning the products, unless Groël Handle Design, SL expressly exempts you from paying these costs at the time of your purchase, and on condition that you use private mail and the shipping methods indicated in section 2.
  2. Procedure for returning products to Groël Handle Design, SL


Groël Handle Design, SL recommends that you contact the Customer Service Department via contac@groel.es so that they can provide you with instructions on how to proceed and the carrier label with the address, you will not have to pay the return costs in advance. Groël Handle Design, SL will pay the carrier on your behalf and an amount equivalent to the cost incurred for the shipment and return to your home of the purchased products will be deducted from your refund. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track each package sent at any time using this shipping method, exempting you from any liability for loss or damage to the products during transit. If you decide to return products using a courier other than the one provided by our Customer Service Department, you will have to pay the return shipping costs in advance and will be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the products during transit. In this case, you will also be reimbursed an amount equivalent to the standard shipping cost of the purchased products, although, according to art. 107, section 2 of the Spanish Consumer Code, you will not be reimbursed for any additional costs incurred by choosing another type of shipping and delivery that is different or faster than the standard method.

  1. Controls carried out on returned products
    You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they are not compatible with the conditions indicated in letters a) and d) of the previous section 1 or of art. 103 or of the Consumer Code and you may choose, at your expense, to have the products returned to you. If you refuse such delivery, Groël Handle Design, SL reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for their purchase.
    All returned products must be new and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and labels and stickers (if applicable), including all packaging, accessories and documents. Groël Handle Design, SL reserves the right to not accept a return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way; alternatively, this may reduce the amount of the applicable refund or exchange.

    For example, Groël Handle Design, SL may apply a reduction in the following cases:
    • the products have been used, worn, damaged.
    • no packaging that is an integral part of a product (such as hardware and accessories) has been returned. You will be informed if Groël Handle Design, SL proposes a reduction in the refund for any reason. In that case, you may (as an alternative to Groël Handle Design, SL offering you a reduction in the refund) decide to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

    In the case of the latter, if you reject this shipment, Groël Handle Design, SL reserves the right to retain the products and the amount specified for the refund reduced by a lower value of the returned products.
    Groël Handle Design, SL assumes no responsibility for items returned in error or items not related to the return left inside the packaging or on the returned items.
  2. Refund times and procedures


Once Groël Handle Design, SL has received the product and verified that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return and Groël Handle Design, SL will proceed to refund the full price or, if the products have decreased in value, you will receive an email informing you of the amount deducted from the return and Groël Handle Design, SL will refund the remaining amount of the return. Whatever the payment method used, Groël Handle Design, SL will refund the product as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return, and once you have verified that the return has been made in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.

The period for the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the payment method used:
• Purchases made with a credit/debit card: the refund period will depend on the card issuing company, but is usually within two billing cycles. The credit value date will be the same as the original debit date. You will therefore not be able to suffer losses due to bank interest.
• Payment by PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual refund to the credit card associated with your PayPal account will depend on the card issuing company.

  • Payment by transfer We will make the refund to the bank account that you have indicated to us, so the time required to make the refund will depend on the accuracy of the information you have provided us; the refund generally takes fourteen (14) days.

    Alternatively, in addition to credit/debit card, PayPal or bank account, you can choose to have your returned products refunded as store credit.

    5. Items returned due to damage, defect or incorrect


If you are returning a product due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, you must notify Groël Handle Design, SL via contact@groel.es within thirty (14) days of receipt of the same using the returns form found on the website; if a product becomes defective after thirty (14) days, please contact Customer Service for more information on returns. You must return the product in the same condition as you received it. For the return of products, please refer to section 1 and 2 above.

Groël Handle Design, SL will examine all products returned to us because they are damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund by email within a reasonable period of time. Subject to the limits set out in the Consumer Code, products that you return to us because they are damaged or defective from the source will be refunded in full, including the cost of delivery for the shipment and the expenses you have incurred in returning the item to Groël Handle Design, SL . You may separately purchase a new product of the same model as the one you have returned, if you wish.

In the event that the returned products do not meet the requirements to be legally classified as damaged, defective or incorrect, and/or the requirements to claim a refund or exchange of the same, according to the provisions of the Consumer Code, you will be notified that the products cannot be accepted and you may choose whether you want them to be returned to you. If you do not accept the return, Groël Handle Design, SL reserves the right to retain the products and the purchase price and recover the charges and expenses incurred since their return (including shipping, return costs and depreciation of the product).



  1. Conditions for changing products


In certain circumstances, detailed below, you will have the right to exchange your product for any other product. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the product in our warehouse. You can request an exchange using the return form found on the website, which allows the user to exchange the purchased products through the available options.

The request for a product change is subject to the following conditions:


  • Product exchange will only apply to purchased products for which this possibility is expressly specified in the online return form on our website by means of the word "EXCHANGE" available;
    • you must request the exchange of one or more purchased products within and no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of the products, by completing the return form and sending it via electronic means to Groël Handle Design, SL within the aforementioned period. The products to be replaced must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt;
    • you can only submit one replacement request for each purchased order;
    • products for which a replacement is requested must be returned to Groël Handle Design, SL in their original packaging, must not have been used, damaged or modified, and must still have their identification label with the disposable seal;
    • Products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be returned to Groël Handle Design, SL in a single shipment. Groël Handle Design, SL reserves the right to reject products from the same order that are sent for replacement at different stages.
    If all the above conditions are correctly met, once you have completed and sent the returns form with your request for replacement of the goods, Groël Handle Design, SL will process said request by sending you a confirmation email.

    After receiving the products to be exchanged, Groël Handle Design, SL will inspect the products to check that all the above requirements have been met, and will verify the actual availability of the replacement products in its warehouses to confirm that they are available in the finish you have selected.

    If the replacement of the selected products is not available in stock, Groël Handle Design, SL will not be able to accept your exchange request and will refund the price of the products originally purchased in accordance with consumer protection legislation and according to the procedures specified above.

    If the selected products are available in stock, Groël Handle Design, SL will accept your exchange request and send you an email confirming the shipment of the replacement products. The shipment will take place within thirty (30) business days from the date from which Groël Handle Design, SL became aware of the exchange request. The shipping costs of the replacement products will be paid by Groël Handle Design, SL .

These conditions for exercising the right to terminate the sales contract form part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and are governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by the Consumer Code.
